DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT SCHEDULES:
A hunt is not considered booked until we have received a sufficient deposit in our main office. Our deposit requirements are simple, a 50% deposit holds any adventure and the balance is due no later than 45 day prior to the day your adventure begins. If you are booking an adventure more than one year in advance: please speak with a Del Re Adventures representative for specific instructions.
CANCELLATION POLICIES:
It is the desire of Del Re Adventures to fill all openings on each adventure that we offer. If you must cancel your adventure, you must let us know as soon as possible. The sooner that we are aware, the better the chance we have at finding a replacement client to fill your adventure, we will do our very best to refund or credit as much of your deposit as possible, however in instances of short notice this can become very difficult. Del Re Adventures recommends that you buy travel/ trip insurance for your adventures.
WOUND / LOSS POLICY:
GUIDED HUNTS,
It is the responsibility of Del Re Adventures to provide each and every client the opportunity to hunt an area that has Trophy Quality Game; because of this we are committed to treating every wounded animal as a harvested animal, no matter how slight the animal is wounded. You may continue to hunt and look for that specific animal for the entire duration of your hunt; you will not be allowed to harvest another animal. Please remember a long distance shot increases your chances of error.
WOUND / LOSS POLICY:

With respect, good ethics and sportsmanship for the animal that is being hunted and other Del Re Adventures clients, we will maintain a strict wound / loss policy. We realize that it may be difficult to enforce this policy on our non guided adventures, however; if it is found that a client has indeed harvested another animal after wounding an animal, that person will be invoiced for an additional full priced hunt.
